Dick, and his family spent much time looking for the perfect image to represent Walter Financial, Inc.  Having seen the dream like castle of Neuschwanstein, and having endured some rough times, the castle seemed to be the perfect depiction of what Walter Financial, Inc. strives for: helping people obtain their dream(s)…a place they can call their very own…a home.

Karl is a true sales and management professional, with a proven history of accomplishment as both a Loan Officer and Sales Manager.  Karl is skilled in building loyal, long-term business relationships with both clients and investors.  With his knowledge and insight of the mortgage industry, he is capable of finding the best possible program for any client, in any financial situation.   

 

Having been in the mortgage business for over a decade, Karl is accustomed to working under pressure and dealing with multiple challenges simultaneously.  He tends to view each challenge as another “piece of the puzzle” and does what needs to be done to help his borrowers.  Additionally, he successfully guides his Loan Officers through the entire loan process to help ensure smooth, seamless settlements.

 

With a BA in Political Science and German, and a Minor in Economics, Karl is an avid enthusiast in the Financial Market. 

 

When Karl is not working, he can be found Sport fishing off the Canyons in Cape May, NJ or spending time with his family. 

 

Christine comes to the Mortgage Industry after having spent a number of years as an International Sales Representative.  She is the Director of Operations for Walter Financial, Inc. and believes that all people deserve the opportunity to achieve their goals and dreams of owning a home.  Having extensively traveled internationally, Christine appreciates that in America, all things are possible and dreams do come true.  Her family is a prime example that hard work, drive and motivation pay off. 

 

When time permits, Christine can be found exploring new places (both domestically and internationally), attending cultural events, skydiving, scuba diving, deep sea fishing and other adventuresome activities.

 

What Christine values most in life is family and health.  She is a believer in Carpe Diem and has every intention of working hard to help people obtain their home goal(s). 

Ted is a seasoned Mortgage Specialist, and values the fact that many of the borrowers he has worked with over the years have grown to be good friends.  Many weekends Ted can be found around town, at a restaurant enjoying dinner and laughs with friends (many of whom are also clients) and family.

 

Establishing long term client relationships and obtaining referrals from family and friends are the building blocks of Ted’s mortgage philosophy.  In the mortgage realm, Ted likes dealing with challenge the most.   

 

In addition to his mortgage experience, Justin obtained his PA Realtor license in 2001, which gives him additional knowledge and proficiency when structuring deals.

Currently working as a Mortgage Specialist, Amy’s main goal is customer satisfaction.  With more than half a decade of originating and processing mortgage loans, she takes great pride in her job and servicing her customers.  For Amy, it is rewarding when she can assist someone with their financial situation.  Her expertise allows her to provide her borrower’s with the best rate possible (regardless of their circumstances).  She also chooses to work only with lenders that she feels provides the best services and programs to her borrowers.

 

Amy’s success in this business comes from past customers who have given her the chance to provide a service that is above and beyond what most expect from loan professionals.  According to Amy, her referrals are the blood of her business and her customers are for life.

Team.  Phil joins the Mortgage Industry while still pursuing a career as a Captain for a major airline.  While he has enjoyed the airline industry for over 29 years, he has always had a fond interest in the Real Estate market and the funding options available to home buyers and investors.  As a “Real Estate Enthusiast” he has been able to pursue all types of residential properties.  In addition, Phil has frequently used his real estate knowledge and experience to help friends secure the tools necessary to purchase that first home or investment in this ever changing environment.

 

Originally from Colorado, Phil moved to the Bucks County area in May of 1999.  He is married with one son, 14 years old.   When not spending time in the offices of Walter Financial, Inc. helping borrowers attain their dream of home ownership, Phil enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, hiking, riding motorcycles, flying, boating and just about anything else that keeps him outdoors!
